We analyzed the spring-return automatic valves market and identified potential improvements for the development of a new product.

One of these was the significant energy consumption of traditional solutions.

Thanks to a patented valve control and energy management system, we can avoid much of this waste.

However, we didn't want to radically modify the valve's spring-return system, which ensures excellent reliability, but instead optimized it and integrated it with the supercapacitor technology we already use in our standard products.

The result is a "hybrid" (electrical + mechanical) 2- or 3-way automatic return valve that offers high performance and very low energy consumption.

Furthermore, thanks to an increased actuator torque, we can guarantee a Kv greater than 20 - 30% at the same ΔP.

ESY reduces this consumption by 6 times.

Operation

When ESY is powered, the LED indicator is off and begins to brighten. After about 10 seconds, the system is fully charged.

When the LED light is solid, ESY is fully charged and the actuator opens the valve.

While the actuator is powered, the LED remains constantly on, indicating the valve is open.

When the power is removed, the LED goes off and the actuator automatically closes the valve.
